Albany Galeano

ADMINISTRADORA

Albany is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations for our Colombia operations, including staffing, administration, customer service and accounting departent functions.

Our founder, James is a dynamic business leader that has experienced success in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. He has designed, led and executed marketing, business development and business process improvement projects for companies including American Express, HSN and several health care enterprises. James has a special interest in the disciplines of marketing, sales, total quality and service excellence. James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of South Florida, an MBA from New York University and is a former U.S. Army Reserve Combat Arms officer. He is the proud father of two young adults.

James founded and currently leads el CCDAC , a firm that provides high value finance and operations services to medical providers and health care leaders. Business philosophy: we exist to serve our clients. He also founded and leads Puma Service Solutions, a company providing multi-language operational services to health care providers.

James has been involved for many years in youth soccer administration, coaching and officiating, and can kick the ball around a bit too.
